When the sad day comes, when nothing goes well in our lives, when we feel that there is only room for sadness ... remember the happy times we also may have and the many reasons to feel that way.
Take advantage of our sadness, write anything, anything, something that brought us much pain, perhaps to get appart of that being that one day love you and now costs us forget, or perhaps the distance from our families in other countries , or the loss of a loved one.
Do not forget that the grief and the sadness are gaps in our lives, maybe something we want and do not have, maybe that something that makes us wake up wanting to be somewhere else at another time.
